These terms govern your use of the Sawari Motors website and customer portal, operated by BM Triple Five Pty Ltd (ABN 76 738 410 649). They don't replace the separate hire, rent-to-own or sale agreement you sign for a specific vehicle — that document governs the transaction itself; these terms govern the website you use to reach it.

Using this site

  • You must be at least 18 and hold a valid driver's licence to book, hire, rent-to-own or purchase a vehicle with us.
  • The information you give us when creating an account or making a booking must be accurate and up to date.
  • You're responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity that happens under your account.

Vehicle listings

Vehicle listings, pricing and availability shown on this site are indicative and subject to confirmation, inspection and availability at the time of booking. A booking request is not confirmed until we approve it, and a vehicle is not released to you until the applicable hire, rent-to-own or sale agreement has been signed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable or impair it.
  • Attempt to access another customer's account or data.
  • Submit false, misleading or someone else's identity documents.

Payments and communications

Payments and direct debits are processed through our payment provider, Pay Advantage, under the terms disclosed when you set them up. We'll email you about your own account, bookings, agreements and payments — see our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why. We don't send marketing email.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we provide this website on an "as is" basis and don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits any right or protection you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Contact us using the details in the footer of this page if you have a question.
